1. Acceptance and changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised. Changes apply from the date posted; continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

• interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or introduce malware;
• impersonate any person or submit false information;

All content on the Site — including the SOLAYAMY name and wordmark, series logos, text, images, product designs, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to SOLAYAMY and protected by intellectual property laws. See our Intellectual Property Notice.

5. Product information and images

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen. Some images may be illustrative renderings. Product-specific information is set out on each product page and in our Product Information & Disclaimer.

6. User submissions

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you grant SOLAYAMY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our business. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLAYAMY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. This does not affect warranties that apply to products you purchase or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLAYAMY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLAYAMY from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Final interpretation

SOLAYAMY reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
