Orders and product information

Only products marked available for purchase may be ordered. Concept previews are not offered for sale. Review the product, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting. An automated receipt acknowledges your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, subject to applicable law. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and promptly return any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not use pricing errors as an unrestricted right to avoid legal obligations.

USD prices and payment

Prices and checkout use USD. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes we collect are shown before submission. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or other fees under your agreement with it. International import taxes or clearance charges must be clarified before a cross-border order is accepted; do not assume all duties are included. Payment methods depend on availability and provider approval.

Delivery and returns

Read our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. For voluntary returns, request within 30 days of delivery, with the product unused and its seal intact. Statutory rights for defects, withdrawal and other remedies remain unaffected. We do not impose a blanket exclusion on all cosmetic returns.

Accounts and use

Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Report suspected account misuse promptly. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or infringe others’ rights. Any reasonable account restriction must preserve existing order obligations and applicable consumer rights.

Responsibility and disputes

Product information is not individual medical advice. No disclaimer excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including non-excludable obligations relating to defects, fraud or personal injury. Contact us first so we can seek a practical resolution. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or remove mandatory protections or courts available to consumers under applicable law.
