Origins and destinations

We fulfil from the United States or China according to product availability and destination. Our primary market is the United States. Other destinations are available only where a shipping service is offered at checkout and the order can lawfully be fulfilled. We do not promise delivery to every country.

Costs and estimates

Available shipping charges and delivery information are shown before ordering. If a product has no confirmed shipping option or timing information, contact us before paying. We do not advertise an unsupported universal delivery time. Customs, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect estimates, but do not remove our legal obligations.

Delays, damage and missing deliveries

If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and provide cancellation or refund options required by law. For applicable US orders with no stated dispatch time, the FTC rule generally requires a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. Contact us with the order number if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy; you are not required to resolve our contractual obligations solely with the carrier.

International charges and address changes

Import duties, taxes and clearance arrangements must be clarified before accepting an international order. Contact us promptly for address changes; availability depends on processing and dispatch status. Return parcels must follow the warehouse instructions provided after your request.
