Our 30-day voluntary return policy

You may request a non-defect return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and any hygiene seal is intact. Email the order number and items to return to our contact address. For an eligible voluntary return, you pay the return shipping. We will provide the appropriate United States or China warehouse instructions; do not return to our registered contact address without written instructions.

Defective, incorrect or damaged items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description; photographs may help but are not the only possible evidence. We cover reasonable return or remedy costs for confirmed defects, incorrect items or transport damage for which we are responsible. Repair, replacement, refund and any applicable legal rights are handled according to the circumstances and law. The voluntary unused/sealed condition does not remove defect rights.

Refunds

We will confirm receipt and review the return promptly, explain the decision, and issue any approved refund to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Provider processing times may differ. Refunds of original delivery charges, taxes and any legally required timelines follow the applicable law; contact us for the status rather than sending card credentials.

Mandatory rights and withdrawal

This policy adds to, and does not limit, statutory consumer rights. Where EU/EEA or other mandatory distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may exercise those rights independently of the voluntary policy. Hygiene exceptions apply only when legally permitted for the particular sealed product, not to all cosmetics automatically. An unequivocal cancellation statement by email is accepted; include your name, order number, relevant items and delivery date. Required return and refund periods under applicable law prevail.
