Promotions & Coupons Terms

1. General

• Promotions are valid only during the stated period and while supplies last.
• Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are limited to one per order, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied to previous orders.
• Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be sold or published on third-party coupon sites without permission.
• Specific exclusions or minimum spend requirements are stated with the offer.

2. Sale prices

A crossed-out price indicates the price at which the item was previously offered on the Site. Sale prices apply to new orders placed during the sale period.

3. Returns of discounted items

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid. If a return causes an order to no longer meet a promotion’s conditions, the refund may be adjusted accordingly, and any free gift should be returned.

4. Misuse

We may cancel orders or void codes obtained or used fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these terms. Obvious errors in promotional offers may be corrected before dispatch, with the option to cancel for a full refund.

5. Changes

We may modify or end a promotion at any time where permitted by law, without affecting orders already accepted.

6. Final interpretation

SOLAYAMY reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
