Information we process

We process information you provide when creating an account, placing or discussing an order, or requesting support: contact details, shipping and billing details, order history, account information and saved favourites. Our systems may also process IP addresses, device information and security or error logs. Please do not send medical records or identity documents unless specifically necessary for a verified request.

Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and marketing integrations require a choice through Privacy choices. Marketing subscriptions are separate from an order and may be withdrawn. Where applicable law requires a processing basis, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, consent for optional activities, or proportionate legitimate interests in service security and administration.

Service providers and international processing

Depending on the feature used, information may be handled by our hosting and technical providers, WooCommerce/Automattic services, PayPal or WooPayments and its payment partners, and fulfilment or delivery providers. Payment processors handle sensitive payment credentials; we may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and limited payment-method details. Orders may ship from the United States or China, and relevant fulfilment details may be processed there. Optional marketing integrations include Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit when activated and permitted by your choices. We do not use a privacy notice as permission to collect unrelated sensitive data.

Cookies and choices

Necessary storage supports login, carts, language and your privacy preferences. The site currently stores language preference for up to one year and privacy choices for up to 180 days; session duration varies by feature. Optional site analytics and the identified marketing integrations are disabled until selected. Use Privacy choices at any time to change future collection. Changing a choice does not automatically erase information already received by another provider. Payment security technologies may operate when a payment service is used.

Retention, security and requests

We keep information only as reasonably necessary for the relevant account, order, support, security, tax and dispute purposes, taking account of applicable retention obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or to exercise other rights available under your local law. We may verify identity proportionately and retain information where required by law. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority. Some jurisdictions provide additional opt-out, restriction, portability or appeal rights; we will address applicable requests without unlawful discrimination.

Children and changes

This store is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Material policy changes will be communicated as required, and the effective date will be updated. International availability does not mean every jurisdiction has identical privacy rules; applicable mandatory rights remain protected.
